Meet Sound Healing: A Simple Introduction
Every healing begins with intention.
When sound and vibration meet the body and immerse it in their frequencies, transformation can begin. This can take the form of gentle guidance to release tension, soothing relaxation that activates the parasympathetic nervous system, or deeper cellular and systemic healing that supports organs and tissues.
The body is a living organism — all frequencies resonate with it and can support balance where it is needed. With mindful intention, sound becomes a tool that helps restore balance across physical, energetic, and emotional layers.
How it works
Sound healing works through vibration and resonance. Everything in the body carries its own natural frequency and when we are exposed to harmonious sound, the body can begin to respond by moving out of stress, tension or energetic imbalance and back toward a state of alignment. These vibrations may help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support the body’s own natural ability to restore and heal.Because sound is not only heard but also felt, it can reach beyond the thinking mind and work on a deeper, more subtle level, creating space for release, regulation and reconnection within the body.

Questions you may have
-
Each session is a space for rest, presence, and inner connection. You will usually lie down or sit comfortably while being guided through sound and vibration in a calm and supportive environment. Some people feel deeply relaxed, emotional, light, energized, or simply more at ease afterward. Every experience is unique.
-
Not at all. You do not need any previous experience to receive the benefits of a session. You are welcome exactly as you are. The only invitation is to come with openness and allow yourself to receive.
-
Yes, it can be. Sound has a way of gently reaching places within us that words sometimes cannot. For some this may bring deep peace, for others it may stir emotion, have release or insight. All of it is welcome and each experience is held with care and without judgment.

A 1:1 Sound Therapy session is a private, individual experience fully centered around you. It is intuitive and tailored to your current needs in the moment, offering space for deeper personal support. Each session is unique and guided by what you are moving through physically, emotionally or energetically.
A Soundbath, on the other hand, is a group experience. It is more collective in nature and invites you into deep rest through immersive sound in a shared space. While still deeply supportive, it is less personalized and more about receiving the effects of sound in a communal and meditative environment.
Both experiences work with sound, presence and vibration, but the main difference is the level of individual attention and depth of personalisation. A 1:1 session is more focused and tailored, while a Soundbath is more spacious and shared.
